ENHANCED SAFETY MEASURES

With a phased reopening underway, Disneyland Paris is once again happy to invite guests to enjoy the unforgettable and magical moments that they are known for. In line with guidance from the French government and local health authorities, Disneyland Paris Parks, Disney Hotels & Resorts and Disney Village are progressively reopening with enhanced health and safety measures.

As the health and safety of all guests and Cast Members is top priority, Disneyland Paris’ phased reopening takes a deliberate approach with limited attendance, physical distancing and enhanced cleaning measures aligned with guidance from French government and health authorities, as well as requiring the wearing of protective face masks for guests aged eleven and older, Cast Members and contractors. The resort will continually adjust operations and health and safety measures as the situation evolves and in accordance with guidance from French authorities.

NEW OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES & PROTOCOLS

Limited attendance at Disneyland Paris

The phased reopening incorporates a deliberate approach to safety, with enhanced health and safety measures implemented for both Cast Members and guests. This includes limits on attendance and require advanced ticketing and reservations to accommodate controlled guest density that supports government guidance on physical distancing.

Reinforcement of individual protective measures and cleaning procedures

A layered approach to health and safety measures is implemented throughout the resort, including required wearing of protective face masks and enhanced cleaning measures.

Appropriate protective face masks to be worn by all

To promote the health and safety of guests and Cast Members, guests ages eleven and older, all Cast Members and all third-party operators are required to wear a protective face mask at all times except when eating.

Alcohol-based hand sanitising stations

More than 2,000 sanitising and hand washing stations are available throughout the resort, especially at the entrances and exit of each attraction, boutique, restaurant and theater.

Enhanced cleaning procedures

Disneyland Paris further increases the frequency of cleaning measures in addition to the standards of cleanliness already in place. Prior to reopening, the resort kitchens, sanitary facilities and attractions had been properly cleaned up.

Expanded health and safety training for cast members

As Disneyland Paris welcomes guests back to the magic, its Cast Members play a key role in guiding and explaining new measures to guests, answering any questions and encouraging everyone to follow measures to promote the health and safety of all.

Prior to reopening, cast members had a new training to ensure they are prepared to support the enhanced health and safety measures, encourage physical distancing, and manage contactless payment solutions.

Voluntary self-health screening

As the health and safety of guests and cast members is top priority, guests are asked to participate in a voluntary self-health screening prior to a visit to Disneyland Paris.

Register to access the Disney Parks

In order to maintain physical distancing in line with recommendations from the French government and health authorities, attendance at Disneyland Paris is currently limited each day. It is necessary to register online to pre-book admission to the Parks.
